Old Mental Health Posts

This page contains the posts of my trying to figure out my mental health/life and the challenges I encountered before I found vipassana meditation. When I first started this blog, it was originally intended to be blog posts which contained information tips specific to those with ADHD (hence, world of wandering minds…get it?). What I can say is that all the problems I encountered below in these posts are since being solved by Vipassana Meditation (i.e. sleep issues, anxieties, distractibility, overeating, thought spirals etc.) so I no longer write on these topics specifically.

If you’re having trouble with your mental health, it’s okay. It will get better, but you have to work on it actively. It took me 12 years of medication, counselling, yoga, healthy eating, meditation, groups, art therapy etc. etc. etc. before I found vipassana. You’ll get better…I promise 🙂
